• Doses: 25 waffles for approx.
Ingredients for the coffee syrup:
arabica coffee: a cup low
cream 30 ml unmounted: about
sugar: 100 g approx.
Ingredients for coffee pods:
OO flour: 125 gr
cocoa powder: 1 tbsp satin
baking powder in powder: 1 tsp
Salt: a pinch
whole milk: 155 ml
arabica coffee: a cup low
sugar: 65 g approx.
egg yolks: 1
egg whites: 1 mounted until stiff
butter: 30 gr. about
Preparation of syrup:
1. pour into a saucepan sugar, espresso, cream and 1 tablespoon of water
2. Bring to a boil
3. lower the heat and let simmer for 4-5 mins until the syrup thickens, then turn it off and let it cool at room temperature
Preparation of coffee pods:
1. sift the flour, add the cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, milk, espresso, sugar, yolks, and butter soft
2. all the ingredients in the mixer, mix very well
3. Whip the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture slowly with delicate movements from bottom to top.
4. Heat a plaque or a non-stick pan with a little butter on the bottom (little).

Final decorating and presenting the coffee pods:

CHEF'S TIP:
attention to the cooking of syrup: is to follow to prevent burning. Keep on low heat and let simmer slowly for 4 – 5 minutes until thickened as a syrup, indeed. Gradually that will cool it will thicken up further.
