The mixture is subjected to a slow roasting and medium intensity to bring out the richness and intensity of various aromatic coffee sources used. the extract is expressed with full flavor and intense aroma rich with notes pleasant desserts.
Result in the Cup: The layer of cream is firm, smooth and intense in colour, with a fine texture. The long-lasting aftertaste on the palate is balanced, clean and elegant.
