Description: this mixture is composed exclusively of coffee species "arabica", with fine beans and well selected. The mixture is subjected to a slow roasting and medium intensity to bring out the richness and intensity of various aromatic coffee sources used. the extract is expressed with full flavor and intense aroma rich with notes pleasant desserts.
Result in the Cup: The layer of cream is firm, smooth and intense in colour, with a fine texture. The long-lasting aftertaste on the palate is balanced, clean and elegant.

Arabic is one of the varieties of coffee (coffea arabica): the best known among the hundreds that exist (only a dozen are those marketed).
Represents three quarters of the world coffee production, grows mainly in Africa and Arabia. From its beans you extract a rich coffee aroma, sweet but poor of caffeine if you compare with other mainstream varieties. The Robusta (coffea canephora) instead, gives a more intense coffee and decided that invokes the flavors and aromas of tropical Africa, his native land.

The roasting coffee is ancient art. Such activity is traced back to the Prophet Muhammad, and the writer, Pellegrino Artusi it finds its source in the Yemeni city of mocha.
